Foundation La Vie sur Terre

The foundation La Vie sur Terre was initiated by composer Merlijn Twaalfhoven to realize projects that include the audience in an overall experience. By creating a natural setting we want obtain art of its pedestal, melt art with its surroundings and by doing this immerse a broad (and mostly inexperienced) public in an experience of the senses. We are a small, independent and flexible foundation and cooperate regularly with large organizations. Because of this we can cause frequently extensive events, without the burden of inertia which is frequently own to established institutions. To anticipate on new developments, a project is frequently made in the short term, never repeated and always adapted to the properties of a location.
